While pursuing her MBA from National University, which she eventually completed with honors, she was the controller for a company that was struggling financially. She worked her way up to Chief Financial Officer and was able to contribute to the ongoing success of the successful staffing company.
Veronica started her career in staffing approximately five years ago, and today she and the rest of our team specialize in professional Employment solutions for companies that want to outsource their HR departments. Felipa Santos has demonstrated outstanding leadership and sales strategy in the PEO industry. In addition to ensuring that the programs adhere to state and federal regulations and supporting VL BEST PEO‘s strategic objectives, she is responsible for bringing new and innovative benefits solutions to our clients. Santos has more than 17 years of operational and strategic experience in the PEO industry, with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Claudia holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She has experience in many facets of the business world. She now heads VL BEST PEO’s processes payroll and is a lead recruiter.
